Cohera is preparing to enter clinical trials with its lead product TissuGlu® starting with a target application in plastic surgery. The company has achieved the following product development milestones:

• Conducted chemical characterization studies and biocompatibility testing to establish product safety,
• Performed pre-clinical tests that resulted in efficacy data for the targeted clinical application, and
• Established manufacturing and sterilization protocols for implementation at a GMP facility.
