Cohera is preparing to commercialize its lead product TissuGlu® starting with its target application in plastic surgery. The Company intends to achieve the following product development milestones over the next year:

• Conduct chemical characterization studies in support of our IDE submission,
• Conduct biocompatibility testing to establish product safety,
• Perform pre-clinical tests that will result in efficacy data for the targeted clinical application, and
• Establish manufacturing and sterilization protocols for implementation at a GMP facility.
